Dr. Hartley received his undergraduate degree from California State University-Hayward and his doctorate from the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
Dr. Hartley has been active in his profession and served on the board of the Leon County Dental Association from 2010-2013 and was president of the association from 2013-2014. He has served on other organized dental positions including being a legislative contact dentist and serving on the Florida Dental Association’s Council on Dental Health. Dr. Hartley continues to serve dentistry and his community by providing dental services to underprivileged adults through the Capital Medical Society’s We Care project.
